QR labels

A label for every place.

Print QR labels for one box, a rack, or the whole warehouse. The preview shows exactly what comes out.

  • One box or a rack with everything under it.
  • Letter or A4 sheets, or a Zebra roll.
  • Start position for a part-used sheet.

Features

Built the way a warehouse works.

The rules that keep every count right, from the building down to the box.

One SKU per box

Every box holds one SKU, so its label says exactly what lives there.

Codes that last

A box keeps its QR code when it moves, so a printed label never goes stale.

Box slots

Set how many boxes fit on each shelf, pallet or bin. Going over is flagged, not blocked.

Salable or on hold

Switch off salable on a zone or shelf, like Quality Hold, and its stock stays out of sales.

Safe deletes

A place with stock, an open order or an active job inside can't be deleted.

Recent movements

Every location and box lists its latest stock changes: orders, adds, moves and counts.

FAQ

Floor plans, answered.

What warehouse managers ask us about setting up their locations. Still wondering about something?

Talk to a human

No. Floor plans are optional. Without one, every location still has its columns and its front view, from the rack down to the boxes.

Zones, rooms, aisles, racks, shelves, pallets, bins and desks, plus dock doors, walkways and walls to mark the way around.

Yes. Each warehouse gets its own tab with its own floor, so a second building is one more tab.

You can delete it once nothing inside holds stock. A location with stock, an open order or an active job inside can't be deleted, so nothing goes missing.

Pick a box, a location, or a location with everything under it, then print on Avery sheets or a Zebra roll.
