Warehouse

Every order, from placed to shipped.

One live board for every order. Pick lists that name the box, a check before anything is packed, and a shipping station that compares your carriers' rates and prints the label.

  • Placed MRX-10482, 2 items
  • Picked from BIN A-02-03
  • Shipped UPS Ground, $8.42

Every screen on this page is real Morsix with sample data from Redwood Distribution, a made-up company.

Orders

Every order in one place.

Orders come from the order wizard, from your vendors' systems through the API, or from iPaymer invoices, and they all land on the same list. Work from a table or a live board, and act on many orders at once.

  • Table or board. The board has a column for each stage and keeps itself up to date.
  • Search and filter by order, invoice number, customer, date or payment status.
  • Bulk actions for a whole selection: start a batch pick, change the status, or print slips and labels.
  • Your steps. Turn Picked, QC, Packed and Shipped on or off in Order Flow.

Pick, check, pack

No guessing on the floor.

Pick one order or a whole batch. The pick list groups the same SKU from the same box across orders and tells the picker exactly where to go. Then every line is checked before it's packed.

  • Batch pick lists with the section and location on every line.
  • Box out of reach? Switch the pick to another salable box and the stock follows.
  • Pick on hold with a reason when something is missing, so the rest of the batch keeps moving.
  • Quality control passes or fails each line, and a fail keeps its reason.
  • Packing slips in Letter or 4×6 label size, with your logo.

Shipping station

Rates compared. Label printed.

The shipping station lines up every order that's ready to go, oldest first. Compare live rates from your carriers, buy the label and print it, then press F9 for the next order.

  • Live rates from the carriers you've set up, with the cheapest and the fastest marked.
  • Address check before you buy. A doubtful address gets a warning, and you can fix it right there.
  • Your own boxes with their size and empty weight, or the carrier's packaging.
  • Keyboard first. F9 loads the next order and Ctrl+Enter buys the label.
  • Label from somewhere else? Scan its tracking number and Morsix detects the carrier.

Features

Everything the floor needs to ship.

The parts around the pick, pack and ship that keep orders from getting stuck.

Shipments

Every shipped order with its tracking link, label and days in transit. Parcels on the road for 7 or 14 days are flagged.

Delivered on its own

When the carrier confirms delivery, the order moves to Completed by itself. Returned to sender? It's marked Failed.

Everyone stays informed

Each status change is sent to your vendor's webhook, and the customer gets an email when the order ships.

Returns

Approve a return and Morsix buys the return label and emails it. Arriving items are checked pass or fail, and exchanges raise a replacement order.

Status history

Every status change keeps who made it and when, and every pick, check and pack is timed.

Print in bulk

Packing slips, shipping labels, invoices, barcodes and QR codes for a whole selection of orders.

Morsix mobile app

Pickers scan the box's QR code to confirm each pick, and scan products during quality control.

Your own delivery

Add a custom carrier for local delivery or freight, priced by country and weight, plus your handling fee.

Export

Take the order list to Excel or PDF, or copy it, with the filters you have on.

FAQ

Warehouse, answered.

What warehouse managers ask us about orders and shipping. Still wondering about something?

Talk to a human

Create them in the order wizard, send them from your vendors' systems through the Morsix API, or let iPaymer invoices place them for you. They all land on the same list.

UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL, with live rates right in the shipping station, plus custom carriers you price yourself by country and weight. Labels are paid from your workspace credits.

No. In Order Flow you can turn Picked, Quality control, Packed and Shipped on or off, so the flow matches how your floor really works.

Yes. Every pick, check and pack runs as its own process with its own timer, and Morsix shows who is working on an order. Someone else can take it over after confirming.

Switch the line to another salable box, or put it on hold with a reason. Held orders can be split out so the rest of the batch keeps moving.

Yes. Type or scan the tracking number at the shipping station. Morsix works out the carrier from the number and warns you if it has been used before.

Returns come in from your vendor's system through the API. When you approve one, Morsix buys the return label on the original carrier and emails it to the customer. When the items arrive, each one is checked pass or fail, and passed items on an exchange raise a replacement order.
