    Why the numbers hold up

    Accurate stock comes from a few simple rules.

    Morsix doesn't ask your team to be careful. It makes the careful way the only way.

    • Stock always sits in a box, and a box holds one SKU. Nothing is "somewhere in aisle B".
    • An order takes its stock the moment it's placed, so Salable is what you can really sell.
    • Stock added, moved, counted or removed on Update by SKU is logged with a name and a place.
    • Two people can't finish the same pick or pack twice.
    • A production job takes its parts when it's staged, never later.
